This article explains how to generate training courses using AI easily.
Generate new training courses #
To create a new training course using AI:
- Navigate to the Training courses section in the main menu.
- Click the New training course button.
Then:
- Define a training course name.
- Optionally enter the training course description.
- Enable the Generate steps with AI option.
- Enter a topic on which you want to generate training course steps.
- Define a number of steps you want to be contained in the training course.
- Click the Save button.
Steps generation will start, and you will receive a notification when step generation is complete.
Under the Steps tab, you can see generated material once the process is completed.
To check generated training course step descriptions, click the Training step name.
Adding steps in the existing training course #
To generate steps in the existing training course:
- Click the Generate steps with AI button.
- Enter a topic on which you want to generate training course steps.
- Define a number of steps you want to be contained in the training course.
- Click the Generate button.
In this case, the job also will be started, and you will be notified once the process is completed.
